Referral Bonus Structure:
How does it work?
Refer a qualified driver to BHX. Once the referred driver completes onboarding and
delivers 3 loads, driver becomes a successful referral and you receive your referral
bonus. There is no limit to the number of drivers you can refer, in fact more drivers
will result in higher bonus per referral.
Who are we looking for?
To ensure the quality of our team, we have specific criteria for qualified drivers:
- Experience of at least 6 months in expedited shipping
- A clean driving record with no violations
- A strong commitment to safety, on-time performance, and compliance
- Excellent communication skills
- An owned or leased vehicle (lease agreement required if leased), not older than 5 years
