If you wish to delete your account associated with the Milestone app, please follow the steps below:

1. Send an email to co*****@*****hx.com with the subject line:
   “Account Deletion Request – Milestone”

2. Include your:

   • Full name

   • Unit Number

   • Reason for deletion (optional)
     
     

We will process your request within 3–5 business days. Once your account is deleted:

• All personal data (e.g., name, contact info, credentials) will be permanently deleted.

• Operational data may be retained for compliance or auditing purposes, as agreed upon in your original contract.
